Many digital marketers use Facebook advertising to send traffic to their websites. These traffic generator links are generally promoted links and they are accompanied by catchy pics or a piece of teasing text to receive a higher attraction. The question then rises. Are people satisfied with what they see after clicking a link? The issue then came to Facebook’s attention and they started calling these fraud actions as “click bait”. The fight of Facebook against “click bait” has now officially started and Facebook will make some alterations on its advertising algorithms to catch and prevent these kinds of misleading links.
